A fairly standard business hotel — perfectly serviceable but showing its age a bit. The room and facilities felt older, and cleanliness could have been a little better. Staff were friendly and polite, and the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood with some great dining options close by. Overall fine for a short stay, but could use a bit of freshening up.

The double bed was firm but we had to top and tail as top of double bed on one side where you lie was partly under the desk. The bathroom was too small for us. We didn’t stay the 2nd night we booked. The staff were friendly though.

Lovely hotel, with excellent Japanese breakfast, and kind and helpful staff always willing to go out of their way to help bewildered foreign children. (They even let us check in early when they saw how exhausted my son was.) Rooms also very reasonably priced!

Staff were super kind and helpful - I was travelling with a small child and they really went out of their way to help, even cooking him a separate breakfast (unasked) when they saw he was struggling with Japanese food!

조식은 훌륭합니다 .. 단 룸상태를 보면 먼지가 많이 있고 와이파이는 최악입니다. 직원은 친절해요.. 전 날은 앞에 있는 토요코인에서 숙박했고 다음날은 이 호텔의 조식이 매력적이라고 해서 먹었는데 .. 룸은 솔직히 최악입니다

今回部屋が空いていたため、アップグレードしてくださいました。喫煙フロアーとのことでしたが、匂いも気にならないぐらいでバスタブも広く快適に過ごすことができました。藤枝に来る時はまた、利用したいと思います。

数週間前にも泊まりましたが、何度宿泊しても心穏やかになるホテルです。一階にある別経営のレストランのスープカレーも美味しかったです。豊富に種類がありました。また、宿泊します。

毎々、こちらに宿泊しています。スタッフな対応や細やかさにいつも感心しています。近くにも海の食材で鮮度の良い食べ物を提供するお店も沢山あります。大通りより一本入っているので静かです。また、宿泊します。
