Awesome home in Bodstedt with kitchen

The holiday home with two separate residential units is located on the owner's residential property, approx. 200 m from the beach. This apartment has a living room with upholstered furniture, satellite TV, guest bed to add, a kitchenette (pantry kitchen) with electric hob, fridge, various kitchen appliances, a sleeping alcove in the attic via steep stairs with 2 upholstered beds (80 cm wide), shower/WC and central heating. The furnishings are generally simple and do not meet high standards. There is a terrace, barbecue and car parking space. The total price includes bed linen, water, energy and final cleaning. Towels must be brought along. To be paid on site: Tourist tax.



Bodstedt is located south of the Fischland - Darß - Zingst peninsula on the Bodstedter Bodden. It is approx. 7 km to the Baltic Sea beach in the Baltic Sea resort of Zingst and approx. 4 km to the small town of Barth. In the village there is a restaurant, harbour with passenger boats, cycle paths and a beach. Zeesboot trips and surfing school on the Bodden possible. Horse riding is possible at several riding stables in the neighbourhood. As the local Bodden region is one of the largest resting places for migratory birds in Europe, the conditions here are ideal for birdwatching.
