Welcome to El Higueron and this lovely apartment in Urb Middel Views located in the lower part, just a stone's throw from the Mediterranean Sea and the promenade. Here you will also find grocery stores, restaurants and a world-class sports facility with Spa.
El Higueron is a luxury area between Fuengirola and Benalmadena that is mostly newly produced and of the highest standard. Here is a free train from the upper part where there are grocery stores, cafes and restaurants down to El Higueron sports center and Nagomi Spa, to Carvajal train station which takes you to and from the airport in no time and finally down to the beach and promenade. In the Middel Views complex, in addition to several pools, you also have a communal gym that is included in the rent of the home.
When you step into the apartment you are greeted by a bright home with open floor plan between kitchen and living room, the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave and everything you need to cook on holiday.
The living room is stylishly decorated with a large and comfortable sofa and a large smart TV with apps such as netflix, hbo and much more (own account required)
Further out you have the beautiful terrace overlooking the pool, dining area for 6 people and a lounge area and sun lounger.
Master bedroom has a large double bed with its own ensuite bathroom and access to the terrace. The second bedroom has a large bunk bed with a double bed at the bottom and a single bed upstairs where a total of 3 people can sleep.
The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A / C in all rooms, fast WIFI, dishwasher and washing machine, coffee maker, fridge and freezer and much more.
