My daughter and i came up to visit family. This little spot was perfect! The host was so friendly and responsive. The place was so clean and in a central quiet neighborhood.I will definitely book again!!

Fun Stay in Fruita

My husband, dog, and I were in town for the UTMB trail runs. This cozy 1 bedroom was perfect - close to town, small backyard, super clean, and stocked with everything you needed for a quick weekend getaway. We will definitely be back.Thank you for the warm and quick response to all our inquiries!

Cozy and Clean 4-plex Unit near Downtown!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit was newly remodeled and had everything we needed and wanted. We got great sleep and appreciated the A/C and additional fans! We didn’t bring our dog but the unit seemed dog friendly. We were in town visiting family and wanted to be able to walk from downtown for a concert - location was perfect!! Would stay again!
