A high-quality sofa bed, 140 cm wide, is located in the living area. The modern kitchenette with dishwasher and a flat-screen TV in both the living and sleeping areas contribute to a pleasant stay. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine.

The apartment is at ground level and has sliding doors. The bathroom can be reached from the bedroom via a few steps through the living area.
