First room we got has full of hair(assume pets) on both queen size beds. Call the front and never answer. Went don’t to the lobby and only 1 person in the front desk. Took 20 minutes waiting in line and get the room changed. Offered free snack bars items. They have 2 ev charging stations but both failed.

I had to switch rooms twice because of how dirty the rooms were. First room had hair all over the bed and the second room had bugs living in the bathroom. Each room smelled of mold and stale air. The carpets in both rooms were stained and the pillows smelled like sweat. Don’t let the other reviews fool you into staying here. Why would there be over 1000 reviews at 9.0 of a Holiday Inn in the central valley?

Comfortable, Clean, spacious stay for my family of 6. Great value and delicious breakfast for a one night stay. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone coming to the area.

The room was good except for the door. The door would not open upon the first try. It would take three tries to get it open. The rest of the room was good. Heater worked well, the bedding was great. One elevator was out of service. The other did four noises like the hydraulic fluid was wrong. Lastly was entering the site. The air freshener was so strong it drifted outside. This is not good for those allergic to perfumes or has triggers to allergies. The rest of the hotel was nothing like the entry. We should not have to encounter such strong odor upon entering the site.
