This hotel is in despair. Broken elevators to broken showers. Check in staff was amazing but the night shift staff was terrible and did not have any control of the situation. I was definitely not the only one who have concerns. Others in lobby waited a long time for answers.

Great hotel!

The staff were friendly and helpful, room was quiet and clean, and breakfast was great. Check out at 12 instead of 11 was very helpful.
