Travelling Australians

Good value for money option, clean and comfortable bed and room, a little older but still good. Its connected to the Garden Inn and Suites which has a lovley pool and citrus gardens. Breakfast was great with good choices.

I would stay here again

It was a easy check in, the girl at the front desk was nice. The room was a good size, it was clean. I forgot my lotion so it was nice they had lotion available in the room. It was also in a good location, close to restaurants.

You don’t want to stay here

Run down appearance, gates locked so no parking by the room, very poor flight of stairs to the room. We had asked for ground level but none were available. 81 yo husband had to carry stuff up steep stairs. Carpet was filthy (I can provide pictures), chairs were stained, bathtub was very narrow so shower curtain kept getting in the way, shower head was only chest high. Electrical outlets in sink area didn’t work and hair dryer didn’t work. Only one other outlet in the room available to plug things in. Most horrible place we have ever stayed. Cannot understand the 10 ratings.

This is my second home. Everytime I return back to USA this is my GO to place. Staff is super professional & caring, rooms are super clean & spacious, amazing breakfast. The best hotel SERVICE in Fresno County. Thank you for always welcoming me with open arms!!

I can talknof many problems whith this business practices. My room want ready for me because is had a faulty shower. Some random envelope. It just show me my roomwas ready and i hadd no shampoo for 2 night. I even left my i need maid service the first night and returned to a messy bed. It was all over the place. The only plus side is i could sleep, smelly room, but AC worked... I make request about the issues. I deserve better.
