Awful

Terrible, my key stopped working more than once during my trip. The internet stopped working, the cable coming out of the wall was broken and when I went to talk to the clerk about it they blamed me! Said I’d be responsible for the damages that I had nothing to do with. Hotel is fenced off and you have to enter from the location next door. Would NOT stay here again.

Jackson, the Manager customer service was excellent & professional. He greets everyone with a friendly smile EVERYDAY. Huge variety of breakfast options daily. So happy I found this hotel. Thank you!!

If you can handle a clean bed, clean towels, and a hot shower amid general filth, then this place is worth the money. If not, do not stay here. It's like they clean the bed, the toilet, the shower and the sink. But nothing else... for years. It's bizarre.

The place was sorta weird. It was a gated small hotel next to a much nicer hotel. The waffles were good though and breakfast was in the lobby of the nicer hotel 😶

Great stay!

Reception desk staff was kind and knowledgeable. Room was clean and comfortable. Grounds were well-kept and beautiful. So many fruit trees! Would LOVE to stay again!

The hotel facility apparently uses chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects and other reproductive harm, as the hotel room has a warning sign stick to the back of the door. We took multiple photos and raised our concerns to the front desk but didn't get room swap. I hope Expedia customer service can follow up and give us an explanation. Since this survey doesn't allow me to upload photos, we will share the evidence in google review.

The room was clean , decor is not updated and the heater worked well. The front desk clerks were helpful and the breakfast was good except for the lack of liquid coffee creamer.
