The bed springs must have been broken as the bed was super saggy. There was no extra toilet paper. The hotel was OK, staff was not very friendly, breakfast was pretty meager.

The location near Pokagon State Park was very convenient. Our room was clean and the shower pressure was great. Breakfast was nice and everyone that worked at this hotel was super nice!

Stayed here over the weekend. Only decent things about the room were how comfortable the bed was, and the big TV. Other than that, the tub was dirty, crumbs on the floor, and we asked for extra towels and they never came. If you need a regular place to stay, this isn’t bad, just don’t expect anything extra.

Hotel room was average at best. Refrigerator was so loud it needed to be unplugged, vending machine didn't work, towels were mismatched from different hotel brands. I was put in an ada room where soap/conditioner/shampoo were minimal at best, water was oversoftened and felt slimy. Bed was comfortable.

Great stay! Came in town for business and this place was cozy and comfy. Nice breakfast they serve in the mornings too. Highly recommend!

We kept finding bugs in our room; spiders, centipedes, flies, gnats… The air wouldn’t work probably, our room was hot, but I’m not one to complain or asked to be moved. My kids were looking forward to the pool but it was unkept and very green and dirty.

Pleased

Passing through and needed a comfortable place to stay with dog and a puppy. Requests first floor as puppy would need to go out at night, and we were accommodated! Was very pleased! Quiet, clean. Only problem was we packed putting dogs in car before able to get to breakfast, it was later than we wanted, so some items were slim pickings
