Located on the 2nd floor without elevator, it includes:
- two rooms with two double beds ;
- a bathroom ;
- a fully equipped kitchen ;
- a dining area ;
- and a lounge area to relax in after a day of walking.

The following facilities will be at your disposal: Wi-Fi, Hair dryer, Television, Washing machine, Fan, Microwave, Oven, Iron. Sheets and towels are provided at extra cost.
Please note that we accept pets, but only dogs; there is free public parking next door.

One of the assets of the apartment is its location. It is located :

- 100 m from an Intermarché for your small daily purchases;
- 200 m from the Boulangerie du Soleil;
- 850 m from the hypercenter which is also the historical center of Fréjus (the old Fréjus);

## Emplacement
Fréjus is a seaside and tourist resort on the French Riviera. It has also been rated a City of Art and History. It was originally a Roman town founded in 49 B.C. to oppose the city of Marseille, which then dominated the region. Fréjus is the site with the largest French concentration of ancient remains after Arles.
There is also the François Léotard nature base (outdoor sports complex with many events in the summer).
