Lovely Place. Disappointed that the pool was across the street and also maybe the smallest pool I’ve ever been in. Dinner is wonderful at the restaurant but expensive. Breakfast is fine. Room was nice, but you can hear people upstairs if you stay downstairs.

This is a first-rate boutique hotel at a modest price in a popular vacation area. The room was comfortable and charming. Breakfast is not included, but a well stocked buffet is available to guests at a reasonable price. We would stay at this hotel again.

We liked that it had character. There is a need to note that there is no elevator. All rooms should have some type of hand hold by shower/tub. I went out an purchased my own bathmat. You could make it clear that the pool is not at this hotel but across a street on a different property. The staff was very accommodating and the breakfasts satisfactory. If you want coffee for breakfast use the Keurig in the entryway - restaurant coffee was?? Everything was neat and clean. We did not eat at their evening restaurant - more emphasis on it in advertising as we would have had we not made other arrangements.

Staff was warm, welcoming, and accommodating. After a long day of travel I arrived 15min after SEGO (the attached restaurant) had closed for the night. However, the hostess went into the kitchen and asked them if they’d do one more order and the chef was more than happy to. Had the duck lo mien with a fine bottle of Willamette Pinot Noir which just made my day complete. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at Canyons Boutique Hotel. Our room was clean & very comfortable for our needs. The staff was friendly & we were welcomed with a personalized note in our room. We used bikes the free bikes at the property to get around downtown in the evening & enjoyed a walk through the neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again.

Do not stay at this property, there is no good reason. Stayed in April 2025. It is not "in town"!!! They market it that way. It is literally the second to last hotel on the town 'strip' and is significant walk to anything - forced to drive and park. In our room the bed vibrated every time a specific mechanical function in the building would come on. The head board literally vibrated and woke me at @5:50 AM. This continued in ~9 min cycles coming on every ~15 mins. The head board shook! There is no way I was the first to complain, but they didn't care. Just stupid. Nothing about the place is special, nothing. It is a chain anyway, so don't bother.

This property is quaint. We’ve stayed here before and enjoyed it so much we had to come back. Everyone here is so kind and welcoming. I can’t say enough about the staff. They are awesome. Quaint! We were greeted with a personalized welcome letter when we arrived after hours. The Hotel was meticulously clean, comfortable, and cozy! The staff was friendly and helpful; we especially enjoyed the useful guides for local drives and hikes. The breakfast was excellent (with ingredients that have been sourced locally)! 😌 We look forward to returning again soon!

Absolutely fantastic service! I was able to get an early check in after driving 15hours. The jetted tub was heavenly and the dinner recommendation at Wild Thyme did not disappoint. I will tell anyone going to Kanab to stay here!
