The whole property was very “tired”, needs a good makeover. Restaurant was mediocre as was the bar. Kerrville does not have a lot of good options but I would not stay at the YO again

Shower had pink soap running down the side of the bathtub. Hall had what looked like pieces of toilet paper before we entered the room. Hallway smelted bad.

It is pet friendly, the room we stayed in was clean at first, but we couldn't get service to keep it cleaned so we had to do it ourselves everyday we were there except one day out of the 6 days we stayed there. We had to get our own towels, coffee and condiments and cups etc. even after requesting twice for service. To top it off we watched T.V. while relaxing to find that we could barely get 3 channels out of 180 that was supposed to be provided. Not last of the least, the bathroom vent was not working and was told it was working on a full building vent system of somekind so there's no control of it. "It should be working fine" I was told. Sure it prevents a steaming bathroom with only warm water usage because that was all we could get, not to steam up as it did, while smelling poop all night after taking a dump because it wouldn't vent out, But "its working fine" the front desk clerk says, and did nothing about it. Yeah, Sure, I'll go back, NOT!!!

One night stay with my wife; such a beautiful lobby and restaurant and the pool area was delightful. Just past I-10 as you come in to Kerrville on Hwy 16 from Fredericksburg; also not far from downtown Kerrville and the river park below. A must stay kinda place in Kerrville!

Everyone was really nice except the bar tender. She was not very friendly. The restaurant was terrible, food quality was not up to par with the price. Breakfast was Continental style with nothing more than motel six offers, was over 20$ per person. We had to get our own drinks, refill our coffee. Definitely not worth it. We did have ants in our bed, shower, floor. Told the maintenance guy he sprayed outside our room and gave us a can to spray inside the room. Price of rooms are extremely high for what this hotel offers. 😬 I don’t think we will be staying here again.

Front desk and maintenance staff were amazing some bat tenders were awful dining food was awful and overpriced bathrooms very outdated when takin a shower water would randomly turn off key to our room would have to be used a couple of times before door would respond light up and actually open definitely would not spend 338 bucks to stay there for two nights again

Outdated decor and curtains/moldy shower curtain/moldy tub caulking /air conditioner leaking on outside creating mildew/need replacement of matresses. Wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here until they do alot of remodeling and upgrade. We should have left and gone somewhere else, but we were tired and it was late. Glad we only stayed overnight.

Unique Hotel

We use YO Ranch Hotel every time we visit our son at Schriener University. Love how unique the hotel is. Staff is always very friendly. Also enjoy hanging out in the bar when they have live music.
