You'll notice there are 3 separate structures on the property. The main house (Hollmig Haus), a small cabin and a tiny home. You will have full access to the main house and the shared property. As for the other two houses these may be occupied by other guests at times. However, rest assured you'll have complete and total privacy during your stay!

The Neighborhood:
The house sits on a beautiful 3 acres just outside city limits, giving you a peaceful and private area to enjoy your visit. While also just 3 miles from Main Street!

Other Things to Note:
Also, please note we have routine pool / spa maintenance scheduled midweek. Typically, maintenance will take roughly 15 minutes, and the pool / spa will be available for use after the service is completed.

If you're considering bringing a furry friend along, kindly be aware we do have a $50 pet fee per pet. Please remember to inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.

Country Feel

Celebrating a 40th Bday for my wife, this property was perfectly positioned to feel private but also a short drive to the town square. Lucky for us, the Christmas parade was happening the first night we arrived. What a spectacle! The following day was all about wineries. By day's end we were ready to relax. The house was well appointed with plenty of seating, stocked kitchen, and a hot tub that really hit the spot after a chilly rainy day. Overall, we all had great things to say about this property so you can't go wrong booking this one!

The Stars at Night are Big and Bright

This was a trip for two sisters, spouses, and two dogs. With near zero light pollution, we had great nighttime star gazing, including naked eye visibility of the Tsuchinshan–ATLAS comet. The dogs had space. We had zero noise other than an occasional small aircraft departure/arrival. And, this place is within easy reach of town, wineries, and distilleries. Great host. Great accommodations with sufficient bedroom, bathroom and kitchen accessories.

Funky fun property

My family celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary at the property. The house is located off of a country road and includes a spacious area for dogs and kids to run around. The hot tub and outdoor patio was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Only complaint was the stairs to the loft were very treacherous. Hard to fit a normal size foot on each step. Otherwise we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this property.
