Poor choice

We booked an accessible room w. 2 double beds. After we got comfortable we noticed the blinds were broken. Tried to call the front desk 3x, no answer. Our room was all around the back, almost last one, so my husband walked back to the front desk. They gave him another accessable room, but it only had 1 double bed. The blinds worked in this unit, but the A/C didn't. Got kind of stuffy after a while.Bathroom didn't have a shower chair .Breakfast was ok, nothing spectacular..Fried potatoes and sausages were quite good. Eggs were a bit runny. Anyway we should get a refund. We paid way too much. Manfred and Renate

Our room was clean, the pools were immaculate, and they had the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. The nicest most accommodating staff as well. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The staff was very frendly. the breakfast was good. the outside pool ara was beautiful, but the room was not that great. Bathroom had black mold around the tub and baseboards. Lights hung by the electrical wires. Just seemed poor maintenance. Dog area was full of stickers and we had to take our dogs other places to do there business.

We've stayed before and we think the room condition has deteriorated, you can see daylight through the door and frame, the a/c was confusing - the unit indicated to control temp from the wall thermostat but there wasn't one. The pool was great except the furniture needs a refresh. Love the location!
