The hotel has great potential stayed twice thought the first time was because of Holiday weekend but I do not think so. Engineer had to fix our room before we could check in. They told us nothing about the amenities or perks At check out we heard 3 different guest having to have engineering fix doors or other problems. I will give them a third try because I want it to be great but then that’s it.

Excellent hotel in terms of its facilities and location but let down by staffing. We arrived at the hotel at 4pm (1 hour after check in time) and were told told room wasn’t ready yet and would be another hour or so. We didn’t actually get the keys until 7.30pm, which totally ruined our plans for the evening. To their credit, the hotel did reimburse part of the payment and gave us free room service, but it was the least they could do. Service at breakfast was also very slow, even though we were the only people in the restaurant

Enjoyed the amenities at this property and location. Staff was courteous and attentive. Valet worked well. Room lighting could be brighter. Noise from hallway and room above was higher than expected but did not impact us. The TV was not working. We would definitely stay again.
