The farmhouse sits almost one mile off of US Route 220 with the nearest neighbor being a half mile away with 150 mostly forested acres to explore with old roads, trails, and a mountain stream . Three covered porches include a spa, grill, and porch swing. An elderly neighbor does walk the property for exercise as has been his routine for 25 years but is very respectful of guests and maintains guests’ privacy. Only only cell service provider available at the house is AT&T.
A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a DVD player is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a bathtub and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a phone, as well as a desk and a microwave.
