This was a wonderful house for us as we visited family in the Franklin North Carolina area. Marlene was an excellent communicator.Her directions into the house were perfect and she answered our questions quickly and completely. We loved spending time on the screen porch and grilling on the deck. The neighborhood is quiet, and the Mountain View is very peaceful.I have some mobility issues and every area inside and outside the house was very easily accessible. The only barrier we found were the beds. They were much higher than average and very difficult, to impossible, to get in and out of. If you are traveling with older family members or children, this may be an issue for you.We would definitely rent this house again, and next time we’ll bring a step stool with us :-)

Loved the deck and the outside screened in porch. Although it was too cold to use it would be great in the warmer weather.The decor was very nice. It had everything we needed.
