Just a very lovely stay. Love the landscaping. Everything was so pretty. Extra nice to have coffee and muffins in the morning and cook when you get back after a fun day!!

Amazing stay; great location, walking distance to town but quiet. Lots of amenities (tea/coffee, snacks, ice machine, refillable water machine). Sydney was super nice and helpful, Christopher gave great recs on restaurants. Overall, great stay at Bar Harbor Manor!

Exceeded expectation in every category. The inn is convenient and charming, with a very Down East feel. Rooms are cozy, with every appointment we could have asked. We especially enjoyed the private balcony. But the staff absolutely stole the show!!! So knowable and incredibly helpful. Fantastic and hiking recommendations were all 100%. Constance even whipped out the bug repellant when we decided on Ship Harbor Trail. Did I mention the coffee??

The room was very roomy and had a very comfortable bed. The best feature was the front desk staff- Sydney and Christopher- were so friendly and helpful. Foodie Christopher gave the most informed restaurant information! And he kept us laughing every time we popped in to the lobby.

Hotel is a nice place to stay! Walking distance to just about everything in Bar Harbor! Two things….the sheets on the bed were rough and the shower was the smallest shower I have ever used! The owner and his employees were amazing

Love this place! The property is beautiful., quiet, clean and inviting. Christopher is welcoming, friendly, knowledgable of the area and provides us with great snacks in the lobby! In additoin. the property is located close to everything you need., The Harbor a short walk away and pleasant. Highly recommend this on your visit to Bar Harbor! And, HAVE FUN!

In my experience, the property is unique. It is as unlike a chain hotel as it can be. It is as if a Hotel has taken over a local neighborhood! It is a whole lot of individual homes taken over and converted into a hotel. Felt like being a guest at a friend's residence rather than being in a hotel. Christopher, the gentlemen at the reception was very friendly and a fount of local knowledge which he was eager to share! Will definitely stay there again if I happen to pass this way in the future. And I recommend this place without any hesitation.

Our stay was amazing! Christopher and Constance especially were very kind, helpful, and had wonderful recommendations. One time, Chris even called up the restaurant we were going to and made us a reservation on the spot. Outstanding customer service. Very clean rooms and facilities. Excellent location just a short walk away from the main shopping street. Would 100% recommend and come back.
