Staff was very friendly, place was clean, breakfast was good but not great, and rooms were ok but heat in ours didn’t work and shower was about as small as you could shower in. The location is ok, but proximity to train station meant that was better to venture away from it then towards at night.

This hotel is NOT 4 star superior, it would barely be two The first room we were allocated had an over bath shower which was located under the beam of the roof, so as I am 2 meters tall was hopeless. I complained and was given another room. The hotels is very noisy with traffic noise and shouting until 3.30am every day. It is located 100 meters from the red light district of Frankfurt, the area was not in my opinion somewhere you would walk at night. The description in the hotel.com website mentioned nothing about these issues and as this was the first time I had used hotels.com sadly it probably is my last.

The hotel is a short 15-18 min walk from the christmas markets and is conveniently located within a few blocks from the main train station. Staff was friendly at check in. I would stay there again when back in town.
