Friendly staff, but inconvenient. It took me 45 minutes to find the shuttle stop from the airport... I called the front desk numerous times but no answer. Finally called the parking garage company and they helped me. The shuttle stop is in front of a hospital and is about 10 minutes from the main terminal. The shuttle drops you off in front of a very large parking garage, which is about 5 minutes walk to the hotel. Everybody's friendly, but the hotel check-in was swamped with guests. It took me 20 minutes to check in. I heard they do hotel stays for Lufthansa passengers with flight cancellations. It's a great option if you're leaving your car in the parking garage next door, but otherwise budget in all the extra time for walking to/from the shuttle stops.

There were limited dining options in the small restaurant and no vending machines or options to buy water, pop, etc. The rooms very clean and comfortable. A hairdryer in the room would be nice to have. Great option for a quick night stay. The shuttle was great.

I had a great experience at this facility. Everything was very clean and comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay. If I were a frequent traveler I would want to keep it my secret treasure. The only drawback is if you are using the airport shuttle, you should be fit enough to drag your luggage about 75 meters from the terminal to the pick up point & a similar distance from the drop off to the hotel. You can walk a few blocks to a grocery, or if you wa t access to the city, take the shuttle to the airport & then use public transportation.

Quiet even though it’s close to airport. Nice area to walk around moderate distances after a 10.5 hrs flight ( I walked to town and along river during day and during evening). Highly recommend
