The hotel was clean, friendly and helpful staff, and big rooms. Small bathrooms though. It is super conveniently located relative to the train station, public transportation, and Karlsplatz shopping area. Being this close to the train station also means not the nicest part of town. I never felt unsafe or uneasy, just understand the area

Great location

The area was really walkable with easy access to restaurants, museums, and transport. The hotel isn’t fancy, but the room was very comfortable and clean. Would stay in another of their properties again while traveling.

This is a nice property but whilst the bar staff were very helpful, the reception staff were straight forward if not unhelpful. I had difficulty with the wifi and they didnt want to help. My room was very small and cold. Overall, it was satisfactory but disappointing.
