The apartment has an approx. 30 m² living/dining room and bedroom with a box-spring bed and flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a large bathroom with a floor-level shower (120 x 90 cm).
The apartment is enveloped in peace and nature. Relaxation can be felt immediately. The apartment offers everything you need to feel at home. Couples particularly appreciate the special location. The new covered wooden terrace offers shade and sun and a view of the large, well-tended garden. All windows have new insect screens and electric blinds. All rooms were renovated and refurnished in 2023. The apartment is located on the ground floor and is reached via an outside staircase with approx. 15 steps.
