Apenas 1 atendente na recepcao. Esperei mais de 20 minutos. Me cobraram taxa adicional de que nak estava disponivel no momento da reserva. O quarto é muito simples. N tem cobertor e a tv voce precisa cadastrar pra usar quaLquer canal (ate os abertos). No geral, o atendimento é ruim

O Hotel notavelmente é bem antigo, e esta passando por reformas.No meu quarto havia somente um vazamento na pia do banheiro, mas nada que impedisse de usar, camas organizadas e frigobar funcionando bem. Fica em uma regiao bem localizada. O cafe da manha surpreende, bem variado e gostoso.

O quarto é muito simples, o box nao fechava direito, colchão duro, geladeira vazia e mofo no teto. Falta moveis no quarto. Nao recomendo o hotel nesse momento. O cafe da manhã é excelente. Falta vida no hotel, plantas, decoraçoes, quadros, tv na recepção ajudariam muito.

Chegamos e fomos colocados em um quarto no primeiro andar, que infelizmente estava com mau cheiro e aparência desgastada. Felizmente, pudemos ser transferidos para um quarto no segundo andar, já reformado, o que melhorou nossa experiência. O atendimento dos recepcionistas (destaque para o Henrique), foi maravilhoso, a equipe da hotelaria responsável pela limpeza tbm não ficou pra trás e na cozinha os simpáticos Amadeu e Rita (acho que era esse o nome) nos atenderam mto bem e sempre mto educados, se todos seguirem os passos desses 3 destaques esse hotel se tornará um dos melhores lugares de Foz para se hospedar.

Péssimo hotel

Péssimo hotel, banheiro com infiltrações no teto e na lâmpada. Ao acordarmos cedo o banheiro estava todo alagado e sem água na torneira e no chuveiro e por isso não conseguimos tomar banho. Escovamos os dentes com garrafas de água que tínhamos comprado para beber, comuniquei ao recepcionista o ocorrido e me disse que ia providenciar conserto, mas infelizmente não conseguiram arrumar e nem trocaram a gente de quarto. Pior experiência que ja tive em um hotel, junto com minha esposa e duas crianças. Nao recomendo esse hotel para ninguém
