I had internet issue upon my arrival but, the issue was resolve. Also, the shower was belching only hot water which I can't sustain. The issue was resolved once again. Good stay overall.

Tive uma experiência razoável durante minha estadia. No entanto, alguns pontos deixaram a desejar. Tivemos um imprevisto que nos fez chegar um dia após a data do check-in, o que resultou na perda de uma diária já paga. Solicitamos ao hotel a análise do caso e a possibilidade de conceder uma diária adicional, considerando que o pagamento já havia sido realizado, mas infelizmente o pedido não foi atendido. Dessa forma, acabamos tendo que pagar por mais uma diária, o que gerou um certo desconforto. Além disso, achei o horário do café da manhã, que termina às 9h30, um pouco cedo e fora do comum. Também notei que os funcionários da cozinha não demonstraram a devida cortesia ao retirar os alimentos da mesa, pois o fizeram sem perguntar se já havíamos terminado. Por outro lado, gostaria de destacar o excelente atendimento da equipe de limpeza e da recepção, que foram muito educados, prestativos e profissionais durante toda a estadia. Parabéns a esses colaboradores pelo bom trabalho!

Hotel antigo, reformado, pessoas simpáticas no atendimento; café simples mas bom, podendo melhorar; o quarto poderia ser melhor, e o banheiro está esperando o término da reforma; falta cabides e não tem móveis nem essenciais para a hospedagem, faltando guarda-roupa ou similar; se você não tem bagagem, isto não vai te atrapalhar. Na média você tem boa hospedagem e bom atendimento por um preço bem acessível
