We did not use the hot tub, although it was tempting. We had a lot of very windy days. Kitchen was well equipped.

Home was amazing! Well stocked, clean, convenient, and the grounds are beautiful! Easy check in, checkout, and pet friendly. Beds were comfy! Everything we needed and more! Thank you!!

Located in Penn Yan, this vacation home is on the waterfront, a 1-minute drive from Fox Run Vineyards and 7 minutes from Billsboro Winery.
The bungalow was exactly as advertised. Great location and spectacular view of Seneca lake. Would definitely stay here again. My only complaint was how firm the bed was, but that's probably personal preference. Used the fire pit every evening and sat on the porch every morning with my coffee. Easy ...
