Never, ever stay here

Awful experience. We had a confirmed booking with Hotels.com, cycled 60 kms in the canicule and the owners didn’t accept that we had a reservation and refused to let us in saying that their hotel was closed. No help for any alternative- just go away. We were lucky to get a train to Nevers and found a friendly hotel there. We are still waiting to get our money back as it was all prepaid. Hotels.com are trying to contact the hotel to get their agreement to our refund but cannot find anyone to whom to speak.

Hotel fermé !!!!!!!!!!!!

Attention ! Hôtel fermé !!!! Arrivés à 15h avec mon fils après s'être levé à 5h du matin pour voir le SBK à Magny Cours et l'hôtel est fermé définitivement ! Une réservation faite le 31/05 pour une nuit le 28/09 et personne (ni l'hotel, ni hotels.com) ne nous prévient que ça fait 3 mois qu'il est fermé !!!!! Résultat : on rentre à la maison malgré la fatigue (plus aucun hôtel libre pour la soirée dans un périmètre de 45km) et mon fils est très déçu de ne pas pouvoir assister à sa première course moto !

Décevant

Très déçu. Notre reservation faite depuis plus de 3 mois. Nous sommes arrivés et nous sommes tombés sur une porte fermée avec une feuille indiquant fermeture pour congés. Personne nous a prevenu par avance. Les 2 personnes que nous avons rencontré à l hotel n en ont rien eu a faire de nous laisser sans solution pour dormir.

a qui la faute ? pas à nous

pas de reservation a notre nom alors que tout avait validé sur le site trois semaines plutôt, a qui l erreur nous ne le serons jamais, site ou hotel ? Après avoir lourdement insisté (vu qu il était impossible de trouver un autre logement a cette heure et ce Week end car il y avait une très grosse manifestation sportive) pour que l ont nous trouve une solution nous voila a déménager un lit pour dormir dans une chambre de bonne sous les toits, avec aucun confort (wc a l exterieur, la télé qui ne marche pas, pas de rideaux ni de volets a la petite fenetre….tout le contraire de ce qui était prévu ) Certe nous avons eu de quoi dormir grace a une charmante dame (pas la patronne ) mais nous n aurions pas eu notre petit garcon a faire dormir nous ne serions pas resté. Et bien sur nous avons du régler la note
