Hello, I'm Daniela and I grew up in this wonderful medieval village set in the Apennines, rich in history, culture and enchanting landscapes.
Together with my family we have built this house respecting the strictest earthquake standards and personally taking care of the quality of the materials.
The apartment is designed to accommodate people with the desire to discover the magic of these places that maintain their authenticity, their humanity, calm, real luxuries in the chaos of life today.
It is located in a very panoramic hilly area in front of the valley with the typical Umbrian hills, behind the park of Mount Cucco with its paths immersed in nature and the historic center (400 meters) full of a thousand-year history.
The apartment consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, living area with double sofa bed and a laundry room, also just for you there is a garden equipped for breakfasts immersed in the scent of aromatic plants and jasmine.
The strategic position is also confirmed by the presence of the bus stop (in front of the road) and the train station (400mt line Ancona-Rome) that allow you to reach any location in central Italy without a car.
Not to be missed nearby: Gualdo Tadino (5 minutes), Gubbio (15 minutes), Assisi Perugia (30 minutes), the caves of Frasassi (35 minutes), Lake Trasimeno (40 minutes) and many other places that I will be happy to recommend.
