Ao chegar o hotel estava sem energia e quarto quente em função da pouca ventilação. Em função da indisponibilidade de cancelamento da reserva foi oferecido outro quarto com janela, sem cheiro de mofo, motivo de permanência no hotel. Hotel é para quem gosta de aventura. Quarto sem ventilação, mofo, sem portaria gerando insegurança, pois depende do hospede fechar direito a porta de acesso. Cheguei à noite e porta de acesso estava aberta, podendo qualquer pessoa acessar os corredores dos quartos. Café com pouca variedade. Não recomendo e não sei com todos esses problemas há avaliações positivas e com nota acima de 8.

Hotel para somente se passar uma noite e sair no dia seguinte. O quarto que fiquei parecia um bunker, já que não havia janelas externas, somente duas bem pequenas que ficavam mais próximas ao teto, ambas com saída para o corredor do hotel. Já o banheiro não possuía janela alguma, somente havendo um pequeno exaustor para os odores. A iluminação artificial era péssima, de modo que o quarto era meio escuro. Também havia forte cheiro de mofo, o que desencadeou a minha rinite. Os quartos não possuem telefone, o que dificulta para o recebimento de pedidos no Ifood e a comunicação com a recepção, que é a do Hotel Villa Mayor, localizado ao lado do Villa Smart. A única coisa mais razoável da estadia foi o café da manhã, no qual havia boas opções, como tapioca, ovos fritos na hora, frango desfiado, cuscuz, frutas e pães. A localização foi o outro único ponto positivo da estadia, ficando o hotel a uma quadra da orla, com diversas opções de bares, restaurantes, bancos, farmácias e supermercados. Apesar do preço barato, foi uma economia que me arrependi de ter feito. Preferiria ter ficado num hotel um pouco melhor, ainda que mais caro.
