Recepção: Somente no dia de check in foi ruim. Não recebi orientações direito e quando fui perguntar da piscina, não fui avisado que não estava funcionando, peguei até toalha de banho com eles. Piscina: Interditada sem aviso no site. Café da manhã: Poucas variações. Limpeza Quarto: Percebi que não trocavam os lençóis e toalhas, só arrumavam. Não colocavam mais sabonete ou shampoo. Tinha que pedir. Quarto: Ok porque peguei um melhor que ofereciam. Você ouve ecos do corredor se pegar próximo do elevador. Muita conversa de hóspedes. Localização: Perfeita.

Quarto muito sujo desde o check in, informamos várias vezes porém não resolveram, banheiro estava com problema também desde do início. café da manhã poderia ser melhor, ambiente melhorar.
