A very good hotel for the price

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the price is right, and the complimentary breakfast is the best--very tasty with lots of variety. I would stay there again.

Decepção: fotos enganam

Infelizmente, minha experiência neste hotel ficou bem abaixo das expectativas. As fotos dos quartos não condizem com a realidade — a diferença é gritante. A estrutura do hotel, com exceção da recepção e do espaço do café da manhã, é visivelmente antiga e mal conservada. Os quartos precisam urgentemente de reforma, especialmente os banheiros, que apresentam sinais claros de desgaste. Outro ponto negativo foi o ar-condicionado. Logo no primeiro dia informei à recepção que o aparelho não permitia ajuste de temperatura. Foi aberto um chamado de manutenção, mas nunca foi atendido durante toda a minha estadia. O ar permaneceu fixado em 25 °C e, além disso, estava extremamente sujo, a ponto de agravar minha rinite sempre que o ligávamos. Por esse motivo, passamos a maior parte do tempo com o aparelho desligado, o que prejudicou bastante o conforto. Por outro lado, o serviço de camareira foi satisfatório, e o café da manhã, apesar de simples, era bom. No entanto, a equipe parecia pequena para atender a quantidade de hóspedes: em alguns momentos, tivemos dificuldade para encontrar mesas disponíveis, pois havia muitas louças sujas acumuladas. Em resumo, precisa de melhorias estruturais urgentes e de mais atenção à manutenção e à limpeza dos equipamentos nos quartos. Por um pouco a mais poderia ter ficado em um hotel muito melhor.

O hotel é muito bom. Localização excelente, atendentes bastante atenciosos, educados e dispostos a ajudar. Fica a menos de 5 minutos caminhando para beira-mar e, apesar de voltar tarde, notei que a região parece segura. Recomendo bastante.
