The house has a lot of internal space (1000 m2 of built area on a plot of 1800 m2) and a semi olympic pool. The architecture is rustic yet charming. This exotic environment, however, lies within the city, in a residential neighborhood close to the best restaurants, shops, malls and other tourist facilities.
On the third floor there are 2 bedrooms. A suite with a king bed, a small bathroom and a huge balcony, with hammocks and 2 sofas. The other bedroom has a double bed, 4 single beds, 2 toilets and 2 separate showers. Ideal for young people. It can fit 6 people.
The other bedrooms are on the second floor. One bedroom with double bed and one bathroom; 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom; 1 bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with a small attached bedroom (separated by a door) with a bunk bed and a cot; 1 bedroom with double bed and a small attached bedroom (also separated by a door) with 2 bunk beds and a bathroom (the shower of this bathroom only has hot water, the others have the cold or hot option). All rooms have air conditioning. The 2 attached rooms have independent air conditioning.
On the ground floor there is the kitchen with 2 cooktops (5 burners each), a large lounge, dining room and a terrace. In the pool area, there is a deck with industrial oven, barbecue and a freezer.

The house is 700 meters from the beach (beach of the future), much appreciated by the natural pools formed at low tide, by the extensive stretch of sand for walks and excellent leisure structure, with tents and restaurants on the sand serving typical regional seafood, with musical shows. The winds of June, July, August, September and October make it very popular for kitesurfing.

This villa is 1000 square meters of surface built on a terrace of 1800 m2. The immeuble was troubled at 700 meters from the future, three appraisals for its swimming pools in the form of the sea basis, for its large size of promising aid and for its excellent structure of loisirs, with its peers and its restaurants sur le sable servant of the fruits of a typiques of the region. The winds of juin, juillet, août, september and october yield three people for kitesurfing.
Au troisième étage, has 2 chambres à coucher. A suite with a king size bed, a petite bathroom and a large balcony with hamacs and 2 canapés. Autre chambre a lit double, 4 single lits, 2 toilets and 2 separate showers. Ideal for the jeunes.
Au deuxième étage se trouvent: 1 chambre avec lit double et un salle de bain; 1 chambre with 2 simple bits and a bain room; 1 bedroom with double bed and a double bed room with a petite bedroom (with separate shower) with a double bed and a baby bed; 1 bedroom with double lit and a bedroom annex with 2 double overlays and a bedroom with a shower (with a shower room with a shower, with the autonomy on the friction or the window). You have the chambres in good mood.
