Not safe for foreigners. Treated rudely by staff and charged extra hidden fees juet for a friend who dropped by for dinner and then left. The hotel wakes up at 5 am and then doors are slamming. When i came in late one night, the desk clerk called the police to complain about noise at 1 am. I cancelled my reservation and they loat enough money to pay that clerk's salary for 6 months. Absolutely rude!!!

Horrible Hotel

This was a horrible hotel. While I was showering I saw a cockroach and once I was out of the shower I saw baby cockroaches crawling up on the walls. We checked out immediately, but since I booked through Hotels.com and they were unable to reach the hotel manager; therefore, lost my refund. They did not check me out when I left the hotel, so I was also unable to even get a partial refund. I went back to the hotel and the reception provided me with the managers WhatsApp. I messaged him and there has been no response. This hotel is a scam, they know about the infestation, but continue to take reservations online and then they get to keep people’s money as they do not respond to Hotels.com.

The hotel definitely needs a refurbishment, the room was very small, some lights were not functional, wi-fi was very intermittent. There are far much better hotels at the same cost in the area.

O ar condicionado estava perfeito, o problema foi a infraestrutura do prédio e as acomodações. Cortinas sujas, atendimento não satisfatório. O turista fica sem soluçao para as reclamações. Não tem tv a cabo, mesmo os canais abertos não estavam funcionando , fora do ar.

No site fala que tem elevador. Porem o elevador nao acessa os quartos. Tivemos que subir 3 lances com as malas. Pois tinha apenas 1 homem pra subir as malas de todos que estavam chegando. Banheiro nao estava extremamente limpo, cheio de cabelos e musgo nos cantos. Atendimento bem ruim, atendentes rudes. Parecia que estavam prestando favores. Nao respondem mensagem do app. Pedi late check out, nao responderam, quando fui na chegafa questionar me falaram que quarto pra isso nao tinham, se eu quisesse deveria pagar uma diaria a mais pois nao possuem meia diaria. Pessimo.

O hotel é excelente, confortável, ar condicionado gelando, excelente Cafe da manhã, piscina excelente. Ficou a desejar o chuveiro, ruim e com vazamento. O elevador estava em manutenção, o estacionamento por ser pago, também fica a desejar. No geral, o hotel é bom. Boa localização também.

Detalhes a serem melhorados

Em um primeiro momento gostei mas depois os problemas foram aparecendo, os dois banheiros que fiquei estavam com vazamentos, as toalhas encardidas e o elevador quebrado. A única coisa que valeu foi a vista do café da manhã e o próprio café da manhã que estava uma delícia. Mas o hotel poderia melhorar muitos nesses pequenos detalhes que citei.
