The entire facility was clean, not just the room. Staff was very friendly. I checked in at 1130 pm and still was as friendly as if i was there at 3pm. Great job!! Will HIGHLY recommend.

The hotel was surprisingly nice and the check-in and check-out were very easy. The only negative was the completely disrespectful and inconsiderate guests who allowed children to scream into the night. There was also a pile of take-out trash left by the elevator by someone, probably another one of the many distinguished guests who apparently reserve the right to act however they wish when they are travelling, as if the world is their vacation spot. While this may not be entirely the fault of the hotel, there has to be some responsibility to police the entire hotel as everyone there has to pay and not just those with children. Very disappointing how poorly some people are as parents and overall citizens.
