This is a wonderful property. When booking I had a voucher for free drinks at the bar. Unfortunately they forgot to remind me at reception of these vouchers. So, if you are booking with the benefit, remember to ask for it.

Great service and beautiful space

The hotel is beautiful, with a great lounge/bar area. The rooms are beautifully designed and have gorgeous and spacious bathrooms. The service is outstanding, especially the shuttle and their drivers.

I really enjoyed the Crescent hotel. The hotel was beautiful. My room was very comfortable, the bed, the pillows and I enjoyed having a balcony. The lounge area and outside dining area were also very pretty!!

Beautiful hotel with a great location. We stayed there when attending a concert at Dickie’s Arena. That was so convenient.they even offered us transport to the Arena. We didn’t use it because we already had a parking pass.

Everything was perfect except the in room dining. We ordered breakfast with extra creamer and honey neither of which came. I tipped the server an extra $10 to bring it back to me, never came!!! Other than that was a great stay!!! Highly recommend this place
