When our room was cleaned they did not wipe off crumbs on table where we ate. I noticed down in the lounge they did the same thing. It was 30 minuted befor a waitress in lounge came and cleaned the lounge tabke we sat at with empty bottles and drinks sitting for around 45 minutes. The last issue is the coffee. Wish you had a better coffee. Both the coffee at the bar and the espresso from the restaurant were burnt.

The physical hotel is beautiful, rooms are great. and it’s in a great location. The service is far below bar and disorganized. Issue we had during our stay: (a) quite a long wait for check in while staff was just saying around, (b) heat not working in room, (c) breakfast never arrived and it was so late we had to cancel it, (d) front desk repeatedly not answering the phone, (e) smell of strong gas in lobby because they forgot to light a fireplace.

Left a black jacket in the Armoire after checking out. Called back hotel within 4 hours to report. Was asked to complete a form on website and they would get back to me. Received response saying they did not find the jacket! Not a good look for a luxury hotel. Hope you treat future guests better.

The hotel itself was very nice, but there is a lot construction around the hotel. Waited in line for about 20 minutes to get onto the hotel property as it is valet only. The room was nice, but had issues with curtains not closing. The thermostat was confusing because we turned up the temperature then the heat would come on even though it was 80 degrees outside. We had issues with getting drinks at the bar, it seemed as if the bartender was intentionally avoiding serving us. In the morning the bartender was asking everyone but us if they were okay or needed something so we left. In the afternoon the bar was mostly empty and we walked up, then the bartender walked away. It wasn't until we asked the front desk if someone was there to help that the bartender showed up.

Staff promised us a puck up but never showed so we took an uber, there was no fridge to cool our waters, the only fridge was a minibar and it was sensored. After we asked about it we were told we could get a fridge but we didn’t get it until we asked again. No parking but valet and there was construction everywhere so walking to restaurants was basically impossible
