Sketchy neighborhood and property is shared with other guests, we were not made aware of it and it scared us at night hearing people coming into the property. There is also a door that can be opened from another room that we have no way of locking, so if on that side of the shared space there is someone, they could unlock the door from their side and we'd have no way of keeping them out of our side of the building. Host did not respond when messaged about it. Other than that everything was clean, and readily accessible. They had kitchenware the basics to cook a meal, which is appreciated. Comfortable beds and couches, streaming services as well.

Several issues. But the take away was that the owner made it right and refunded my stay pretty immediately. So that’s a giant plus. I’m sure they will correct the issues.
