Property was clean. Had loud people above us and staff addressed this promptly. Would stay again!
The front desk clerk had to check three times to figure out where our reservation was. There are doors to the lobby from the back that are always locked. Your room key should open them. None of ours did, but they opened our room.
Very clean, comfortable beds and great customer service.

No Housekeeping
This is the worst hotel service we have ever experienced, and we travel quite a bit. Upon checkin, there were rooms (3+) blaring music so we asked to switch floors. The next room had coffee circles on the counter I cleaned and no conditioner. I texted the next morning asking for conditioner when the room was tidied and the person responded absolutely. We were handed conditioner but the room was never cleaned the entire stay. We had to empty the trash each day ourselves and had an entire pile of towels piled up, that I finally just told the front desk I was tossing in the hallway after 3 days. When you have 6 people in a room and housekeeping is either lazy or understaffed, the room gets cluttered and dirty quickly if trash and towels are not picked up. They also did not have coins or detergent available for purchase for washer/dryer machines, did not have enough supply of clean dishes for the breakfast bar and did not have enough clean wash cloths when I had to go ask for more nightly. I was really surprised by the horrible service as I read through the reviews prior to booking. I was not the only one with complaints during this timeframe.
The room was nice and big. Newer property but in an odd location. Breakfast was really bad. I was shocked that other people were eating it. Grey looking waffle batter, cold odd shaped “eggs” and just generally bad.
Hotel was excellent! Rooms was fantastic! But breakfast was less than good! Run out of food! Didn’t restock food and people were waiting!! Plus breakfast didn’t start until 7am to 10am! A lot of people had to leave before they opened the curtains very disappointing!!
