I truly believe this is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The amenities were fabulous and the staff was fantastic! The rooms were large and clean. Loved the kitchenette and bathrooms. It was very family friendly and conveniently located. Again the staff was very friendly and accommodated our requests. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. We will definitely stay here again.

Bad management and staff

The manager and staff are liars. They tried to downgrade our room and would not give us a refund of the difference. They told us they didn’t have the type of room we reserved. Hotels.com was no help. I could not speak to a live agent. We called Hilton, and suddenly they did have the type of room we reserved.

I tried to call several times to inform them of a late check in, no one ever answered the phone, The room I reserved was not available, they were able to put me in a comparable room but I had to wait for the clerk to get authorization from someone that was not onsite. The hotel was very clean. Not a horrible experience, but also not the smoothest check in. I would probably stay there again if the need arises.
