That was the worst stay ever it was filthy. I travel with a disabled child. I did not get any type of cleaning in my room. My room was filthy. I had to clean my room several times. Trash was left in the hallway by my room. I have pictures. Your staff was belligerent. There were liars. Disgusting and I would never ever stay at another Holiday Inn.

Pancake machine didn't work. Completely out, Saturday 21th, and Sunday 22nd, it worked making tiny and small pancakes. Wasn't good. Staff polite and kind, very supportive.

Check in was quick and easy. The young lady that checked us in was very friendly. Room was clean. The hallway outside our room was dirty with food on the floor and some kind of food stain. Was still there when we checked out. The eggs were burned and the pancake machine was not set correctly and the pancakes came out undercooked.
