Was greeted with an upgrade! Staff was very friendly but I was surprised that no one offered to help me with my bags upon entry to valet parking. I’d like to have more cream in my coffee. 2 creamers doesn’t cut it. Room was gorgeous. Loved the big size toiletries. There was one elevator out of service which created a back up especially with an 800 person party going on which also affected the AC from functioning properly during a heat wave in FW during December.
