The first night, we were awakened with water dripping from the ceiling above the bed. The entire bed was soaked, and all our clothes & luggage were ruined. We later learned the overflowing toilet above us caused the damage. We were moved to another room that someone had been kicked out of earlier that evening, so we waited while they changed the sheets and collected to dirty towels from the floor. We woke up to a hot room with the floor soaked from the leaking AC unit. the next night, we had an acceptable room. No refunds or exceptions were given to us because we booked through Expedia. I am very unhappy with the entire situation, not to mention that all my clothes had to be thrown away because they were soaked with sewer water.

The toilet in my room did not work. They fixed it and it continued to be a problem during our stay. We were not given glasses and had to ask for them. The rooms are older and run down. The lobby areas are very nice. We were part of a big group and there was room for us all to hang out together. The area was quiet and well placed. Easy to get around Fort Worth from there.

Famous Last Hotel Stay for President Kennedy

Great historical hotel. The rooms are very spacious and clean, withing walking distance to Sundance Square. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Relatively easy to get to from Interstate 30.

Staff was excellent, although the hotel itself needs a little updating. The rooms are so dark as to be cave-like even with all of the lights on and curtains opened. The lampshades were all cracked and slightly dirty, but the bedding was fresh and the bathroom was updated with nice tile and fixtures although dark. The location was great.

Just ok expected more from Hilton

Stay was decent , phones do not work in room. Had trouble getting extra pillows and covers for the sofa bed which I added in my requests . Then we had to ask 3 times for an extra blanket . Tried to order on room breakfast , it was hard to do because their lines are static and they messed up the order and the food was horrible . And the hotel smells very old and the w trance has a sewerage smell
