Not Worth the Stay – Poor Service & Cleanliness Issues I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The pool was dirty when I arrived, and I couldn’t even swim in it until I specifically asked for it to be cleaned. The food also had extra ingredients that some people in my group couldn’t eat due to dietary restrictions, which was frustrating. Housekeeping was another issue—I requested service twice, and nothing was done. To top it off, I noticed a bug on the ceiling that looked like a bedbug (though I wasn’t sure), so I brought it up to the manager. They moved me to a different room but gave no real apology, no upgrade, and no compensation—just a room on the opposite side of the hotel, on the 3rd floor, making it extremely inconvenient to move all my stuff. Overall, the service was lacking, and the hotel didn’t seem to care about making things right. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Hotel was barely occupied; however the front desk stuck me right next to the stairway with a door that slammed shut every two minutes. I expressed frustration and the general manger disregarded my complaint and said he hasn’t heard that before. The staff was lazy and not helpful, including management

Very basic. Not comfortable.

The room was clean but very basic and not comfortable. The bed was very firm, the pull out bed was very hard and uncomfortable, the bathroom and vanity were very small and it made it difficult to get ready. The coffee maker was not usable and the refrigerator froze everything we put in it. We bought several drinks and they were busted and frozen the next morning.

Family Football

It was nice. The staff were friendly and hospitality was great. The bathroom was dirty and the towels didn't smell clean. Otherwise we liked it. Close to the arena.
