1 night stay

This hotel was not the same quality as other Country Inn Suites that we have stayed in. We were in room 108. Thermostat on wall did not work. Room was 75 the whole time. We lowered the temp, but the a/c never came on. The bath/shower wall was cracked in several areas. One of the areas had screws in it. Black soap scum along wall/tub and higher up. (I have photos of bath/shower, but it is not letting me upload them.) Carpet was dirty. Bedspread had dirty spots on it. Couch was super hard, not comfortable to sit on. Windows were not sound proof. We were kept up all night with highway noise and the temperature of the room. Cookies at arrival were hard as rocks. Breakfast decent with warm and cold options.

This hotel is very amazing! The staff cares greatly about the guests and the price is amazing. This hotel cares more about the customers satisfaction than price gouging the customer just for being near the stockyards! This hotel gives you peace of mind while visiting the Fort Worth Stockyards! I highly recommend staying here!

All was good, electricity went out due to high winds. We were stuck in elevator. Not property fault, but when we called the front desk she said ‘well just wait a few minutes and power might come back on’ REALLY!!! My husband opened door and we jumped out. All else was good, good breakfast too

Breakfast was marginal. Variety was lacking. Very evident property management/owner running on the cheap. Severe weather went through with tornadoes close and no warning system at all. We have stayed at Country Inn & Suites before, have one in our city and this one does not begin to come up to the experience we have had in previous status elsewhere. We were in Ft Worth for the Stockyards and should have spent the extra money and stayed in the Stockyards Hotel. With the rip off of the reservation system that cost us $503 plus the $334 when we stayed, we would have come out spending less money at the Stockyards Hotels. Never, Never again!
