What I didn’t like was when I looked on Expedia, I found your hotel. You don’t have on the website that you have to have a deposit that’s very unprofessional. You should’ve put that on the website that you want a $200 deposit that is terrible to me

Our A/C went out in our house so we had to get a room close by. The rating for the hotel and the room were very good. The room is spacious and comfortable. We love the fact that there is a ceiling fan.

I had an fewissues/concerns. 1. There were ants in the room, it wasn’t enough of an issue to call about. 2. There is a sink spot in the hallway on the third floor. I assume water has gotten in on it and is causing the soft spot in the floor toward room 300. 3. The elevator smells of alcohol and sweat and sounds like it needs work . Just my thoughts. Staff I came in contact with were excellent.

The staff was great, helped out if we needed anything for the most part! Breakfast was ok but it was the same both days! Was hoping for something different the second day! We booked in advance 2 rooms for our family and when my family got there way before me they didn't let wm check in until I showed up! The room that we were staying in was way smaller than were accustomed to staying in but we dealt with that! And at the time we arrived we were just grateful to have a place to sleep! But the room didn't have any mirrors at all! Only in the restroom! And with a family of 6, sharing a restroom with the only mirror is terrible! The floor next to the a/c unit was soaked because the a/c unit was leaking in the room and on to the floor! Beds and pillows were simple! And the water when showering never went down! So i felt like my feet never actually got clean! I don't loke when you get to a hotel and the halls and lobby is warm! But the indoor pool room is freezing cold!

The parking lot was a bit awkward and uneasy to park into. The hotel had some very polite workers. There was some obvious distress to the rooms like damages to the doors and that.
