This was our first stay at an Avid property and we cannot say enough great things about them! The beds were super comfy, very clean, we felt safe there and the location was very convenient to get to the TCU campus.

Nice, clean but noisy...

Hotel was new and modern with a good selection for breakfast. One problem is: they did little or no soundproofing in between rooms. all neighbors could be heard quite clear. hacking, coughing, snoring, talking, yelling all could be heard at all hours and quite clearly. Also heavy walking and flushing in rooms around us could also be heard. A few extra steps when building this hotel could have helped make this a great place to stay. based off of the experience I would be reluctant to stay here again as clean and as friiendly as the staff was.
