We stayed here for five nights in a corner suite. The room was very spacious, with two full beds and a pull-out sofa.
Unfortunately, housekeeping was very disappointing. When we arrived, there were used bandages left on the floor. Throughout our stay, only one of the 3 beds was fully made each day, sometimes the other beds were untouched or only half made. Our toiletries were never replenished, we used the same small hand soap the entire trip. By the last day, the body wash had completely run out.
Noise was another issue. The doors are extremely thin, we could hear people talking and laughing in the hallway almost every night. One night, the guests in the connecting room were very loud, shouting and pounding around 3 am. Front desk had to tell them to be quiet a few times.
The location was very convenient, and the indoor pool was a big reason we chose this hotel. Some staff members were also kind and helpful, including one manager, a few valet staff, and the bartenders.
However, other staff interactions were disappointing. While waiting outside with my young children, valet staff were loudly using profanity and complaining about guests not tipping. Another front desk employee watched as I struggled to move four pieces of luggage on my own and didn’t offer any help.
