Good Value and Good Property

Good value - rooms were clean, breakfast area was nice. Entrance smelled of cigarettes or weed every time but once inside OK. Did not like the 1/2 pillow size on beds.

Everything about my stay was excellent. The staff are incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Nice for the price. The check-in was smooth but not very professional. The front desk employee came out eating a bagel and I gathered the courage to tell him he had a glob of cream cheese on his face. He said, “I know” and never wiped it off! Overall: comfortable for a night’s sleep. I mentioned to my wife that we had just missed breakfast as we were leaving. The sweet lady who had just finished cleaning the area up agreed to get food out for us. That was over the top. We kindly told her not to bother, but she made a great impression with her offer!

One elevator at the end of building. Senior citizen here. My room was 3rd floor farthest from the elevator. Maids did not Resupply towels or paper any of the 3 days we stayed. I did leave tip on table and there it sat until we left. I would have left that tip each day. If anyone came into the room.

The man and woman that checked us in that evening was great. He asked if room was ok offered suggestions when I asked about pizza for the kids. Super friendly. The breakfast was what expected ,the usual scrambled eggs ,sausage waffles etc. The pool was opened grandkids enjoyed it. The place was clean and convenient to restaurants. I would stay here again if in the area. The only negative I have was the 50.00 held on my credit card at check in but I know that some places do this just be aware.

Great stay

The best shower I’ve ever had at a hotel. The water pressure was amazing and nice and hot. Beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

This was the hotel that we went to on our wedding night. Check in took around 30 minutes, then we got to our room and the room was DIRTY. It had not been cleaned from the previous guest. We went back down to the front desk and he was not very surprised so it made me feel like this was not the first time it happened. We did eventually get a different room but it did take awhile. Not impressed
