Horrible stay

The clerk was extremely rude to me when I asked him a question. I walked into my room and it was ice cold and I turned on the heat and put it up to 78. I left for a few hours and when I got back it was still freezing in the room. I went down to the counter and asked about it. He came down to my room and went over and felt in front of it and told me that is as hard as the fan goes. They did not put any salt on the sidewalks after an ice storm.

Very bad

Hotel is very old, poor maintenance, room was not clean, after i check in i left and came back to find a pair of fake eye lashes on top of the phone and night table, i went to the front desk and the guy told me nobody went in my room, came pick them up with his hands and didn't even clean the night table, i had to used hand sanitizer to wiped the table.

Cheap

Run down hotel. Sheets and linens were stained. Indoor pool was ice cold. Breakfast selections were less than limited.

I like that it was close to a lot of restaurants and locations but, staff were average and place did not half wifi and breakfast was very poor, not enough towels and not very helpful at times.

Very dirty and old

Hotel was rather expensive for the experience we had. $140.00 per night in Fort Wayne Indiana. Old property, very poorly kept. Windows and glass dirty. The lobbies and reception looked nothing like the photos on Hotels.com. We had to wait about 10 min each time to flush the toilet and needed to flush at least twice for all to drain.

This room was absolutely filthy. There were mouse droppings and dead bugs. I should have known when i read the sign at check in. It said no refunds after check in. Save yourself from getting sick and stay somewhere else!!

We did not stay here. The gentleman that was at the window was respectful and asked if we wanted a different room or a refund. We took the refund. There was a bed bug on the pillow and sperm on the wall above the bed.

Asked to pay cash for the room was told could do that the next day had to put down 50.00 dollar deposit was told not to loose the receipt needed it for next day to have money put back on Card. Checked out the next day told my self and my husband he never told us we could pay cash it went on the card we held the room with showed him the receipt to get the credit back for the deposit he said it would not be charge to my card and he never told me to show him the recipe the next morning for the refund. Not sure if the management has a memory loss going on.
