Breathtaking views of the Gulf from the balcony of this top floor end unit. Beautiful white sands and clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico await. You will have an updated kitchen and dining area for four. The building is situated directly on the beach with no roads to cross. Parking is plentiful and convenient. There are two elevators on site to carry you up to the top floor. Easy access to attractions such as Oakaloosa Pier, boat rentals, Gulfarium, Crab Island, and downtown Fort Walton. Beach chairs will be provided from March through October.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. A Smart television and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker, and housekeeping is provided on a limited basis.

View from the balcony is outstanding. Able to see up and down the beach for miles. Place is very clean. Decor just right and not overwhelming. Kitchen fully functional with the necessities needed. Plenty of towels/wash cloths/hand towels.Property owner communication is probably the best I have ever had.Area was quiet, peaceful, but close enough to Destin for more activities if needed.

Great place! Great location! The only thing that could be improved is the mattress. Also a/c will come on so abruptly at night. It might startle you if you’re a light sleeper, but other than that 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Loved the condo was perfect for a nice anniversary getaway ! The only thing was the bed wasn’t comfortable at all . The mattress seemed to be worn out in my opinion but other than that everything was wonderful! Loved the cute decor and the balcony was perfect views ! Thanks for sharing !

Ookaloosa Island is a beautiful area! Stunning beach, sunrises and sunsets! The condo is located right on this perfect stretch of beach! Amazing location. The condo was very clean. I have to mention that the AC/furnace unit was extremely loud and in the bedroom so we ended up turning it off completely- but we could because the weather was not too hot. The host was very nice and responsive. We were here for the beach and it didn’t disappoint! The Emerald Coast is unforgettable!

Incredible balcony views

Very clean, very nice place. The grounds are very clean as well. The view off of the balcony for both the sunrise and sunset make this condo worth it! Mike was helpful with the the one issue we had. Overall it was an amazing week! Look forward to coming back!
