Our room was spacious, but some of the lights in the room did not work, two bathroom lightbulbs were burned out and the entry light was also burnt out. The door stuck really bad and we had to push hard to open and close it and it made an awful noise. The sofa bed mattress needs to be replaced, and no internet for the tv. Also we had a deluxe room and had 4 persons in the room, only 2 hand towels, 3 wash cloths and 3 towels and housekeeping needs to check for soap only 1 little bar, and dust the shelf under the sink very dirty as was most of the furniture. Breakfast was decent.

No AC in our room which was a suite and when we asked to be moved all the had was a regular room and they said we were lucky to get moved at all since we booked through Expedia. We did get into a 4 person room with our family of 5 but at least we had AC.

The staff was very friendly, and overall there was nothing wrong with the actual stay. However, the room was just not very clean. The shower had a dirt ring around the drain, the showerhead was gross, and the carpets felt crunchy to walk on.

Never made it

Unfortunately, I never made it to the hotel I booked. Within minutes of completing the reservation, I realized the property was over 50 miles away from the city I had originally searched for. I’m still not sure how or why your platform presented hotels so far from my intended destination without making the distance clear at checkout. I immediately attempted to correct the issue, but was met with a frustrating cycle of blame: • Your customer support team said there was nothing they could do because it was “the hotel’s policy.” • The hotel, in turn, told me they couldn’t help because the booking was made through you. The result? I paid for a room I never used—and no one would take responsibility. It’s especially disappointing that your system offers zero flexibility in cases of honest mistakes, particularly when those mistakes are enabled by the design of your website and then locked in by a rigid no-cancellation policy. I hope you’ll take this seriously—not only by improving how your platform displays locations relative to user intent, but by reexamining policies that leave customers like me feeling manipulated and ignored. I’m still hoping for a fair resolution, including a refund for this booking. Please let me know if someone can take a fresh look at this with the customer’s experience in mind. Sincerely
