Chris was very welcoming, room was quite cozy with good hot water and WiFi, proximity to Popham is unparalleled.Only small ask would be a cutting board in the room, otherwise great stay!

When you stay at this cottage in Phippsburg, you'll be on the beach, just steps from Casco Bay and Fort Popham State Historic Site.
Our stay was overwhelmingly good. There is no ac but it was manageable with open windows (first week in August). You can walk to a section of beach easily (along the river just before it meets the ocean). The restaurant next door was yummy but the service was slow only because they were really busy ...
