We had a great time. Rooms are very clean! Veronica at front desk and Breakfast staff were wonderful! Great easy fairly late check out time. Only two minor things staff on Saturday was new so didn’t know how to work fire pit and breakfast ending at 9 if it was 10am instead that would have been amazing!!!! Pool was cold but weather this time of the year that is understandable and it’s Mother Nature after all.

We stayed in January 2025. To be a new Hotel we experienced the following issues. When we got into our room and began to check things out we noticed that the Comfortor had brown -reddish spots, the bathroom had a sewage smell, the shower door would not stay closed. We had to put a cloth behind it to keep it closed while we showered. The Internet kept freezing up so we did not enjoy watching TV. on it, the restroom had a bad odor smelled like sewage, the shower door would not stay closed when we took a shower. We had to put a cloth behind it so it stayed closed

Not able to watch television in room.

Room was lovely but our television service was horrible. App it was like that in entire hotel. Had to watch biggest football games of the season in the lobby instead of the comfort of our room.

Everything is wonderful.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and we are always delighted. All from the arrival, breakfasts, although it was very cold, my son enjoyed the pool. If you could recommend installing heaters to the pool, guests like us would be very grateful. Anyway, everything is wonderful.
