Parking was the main issue

Only bad thing was the parking, there was no parking available at the hotel because many people come hang out the bar and park at the hotel. when we arrived, being that we stayed there we expected a parking spot to be available. Second pool was not opened so everyone was stuck in one small pool. Room was very clean and the bar area had good food and drinks.

Great time & awesome place to stay.

I had booked this for 1 night with some friends. After arriving the front desk was very helpful & kind. When we got to our room we loved it. It’s not like all the other chain hotels. It’s unique and was an amazing time. Only minutes from the ocean. Pool was great & bar was a fun time. This is walking distance from tons of great activity’s. Their sister restraunt the Yucatán had awesome food. Live music and a great atmosphere. Don’t listen to the few bad reviews people have given. I had 0 issues and an amazing stay. 10/10. 100% will be staying here in the future on my next trip.

I have stayed here before and loved it. Unfortunately there were some very entitled people in the pool who accused us of things that didn't happen. The security guy refused to listen to our side and told us if we tried to continue talking to him he would have us evicted from the property!! The gal in the office said they/the property have no control, would not get involved and stated security calls all the shots. Meanwhile there are zero cameras on the property which would have shown we did nothing wrong. Instead, we were not allowed to use the pool or tikki bar/restaurant for the remainder of the day/night. I will NEVER stay here again and will make sure everyone I know doesn't either.

They are in a reconstruction phase, so perfectly understandable that things are not pristine yet. Can't wait to stay again when the new improvements are completed. It's still the most fun place to stay on Fort Myers Beach!

Location is PERFECT!!! Right across the street from fort myers beach . We spent the day at the beach cheacked in at 7. The parking was a bit confusing but security was able to help us out . There is a bar down stairs that has live music drinks and food. Wail we were cheacking in, from the office to the parking lot, my family witnessed a couple stumbling and arguing in the parking lot and a 3 person fight broke out at the bar downstairs and security had to get involved. 2 separate fights within a 10 min spain. The pool is super small and crowded and the hotel is a very rowdy hotel. The walls are thin and you can hear EVERYONE and EVERYTHING. The music and people dont start to stettle down untill 11:30pm . Overall if your looking to party and stay at the beach its perfect. But would never bring my family back . Not a family hotel. Definitely a party hotel. Spend the extra 100 and stay across the street at margaritaville if you have a family!

Both hotels.com, and the hotels website stated that the fee for pets was $25. Go to check in and now fee is $150 plus a $150 deposit. I paid as we had no other hotels available, front desk refused to abide by their own website. Beware!

This place was awesome & the staff was very polite & helpful with questions of things to do in the area, the tiki bar was always a fun time great food & drinks one of the bartenders Greg, was an outstanding guy super polite & made great drinks! Brianna at the front office who checked us in super fast, was very friendly & made us feel like VIP guests, she went above & beyond to make us feel comfortable. We would highly recommend The Lighthouse Inn & Resort to anyone that is visiting Fort Meyers Beach area!
