Checked in and went to the room and someone was already checked into the room. He was not happy at all. Was not a nice experience. Went down to check in desk and she was like no big deal I will give you a new room. Now we are right next door the rude guy. Was going to stay extend our stay another night but we will be checking out and going down the street to Jimmy buffet Margaritaville hotel that’s going to end up costing more money but I’m sure they will treat us better after this happen

Perfect location. Walking distance to lots of bars, food, shops and entertainment. Tons to do on the resort and private white sandy beach. Staff was 10/10, everyone was super nice and accommodating. Had a great time!

First time back to FMB since the hurricane. I stayed here before but at the annex across the street (still under renovations). Overall, we had an enjoyable stay. The room was very clean with large 4K TV and decent selection of channels with streaming apps installed (like YouTube), which is nice. Balcony and view were awesome. Bathroom and shower were in good condition and shower had good water pressure, but it took several minutes to warm up when taking an early shower (5th floor). Internet was decent but unsecured (consider using VPN). Staff were all polite all throughout our stay and greeted me each time they passed by. However, when checking in I was told by one staff member that I could request a microwave but when I called to make the request they turned me down Thankfully I was able to use the hot water from the coffee maker. Also, their "things to do" listed on the website still list "Access to nearby health club." However, I called ahead and asked about this, and the staff told me they have no idea what I was speaking of. There was a gym just 10 minutes away so I just bought week membership, but they should remove this from their advertisement, since it is apparently outdated. Very good location, only 5 minute walk to Times Square. Pool is very clean and well-maintained and heated to a comfortable temperature. I would stay here again, as the small issues did not outweigh the otherwise pleasant stay.

Our stay at the Lani Kai was great. Beautiful balcony beach view, with a very clean beach. The restaurants were great. The pool was extremely clean as well. We visited the beachfront food stands and gift shops at the ground level and those were amazing as well. We would love to go back!

First time at Lani Kai, room was clean and nice, great view off the balcony. Staff was very good. If the beach bars stayed open later on the weekends that would be a plus. Drink prices seemed inflated. Would def stay again.

Check-in was unwelcoming, room had a great beach view but beds were very uncomfortable. Loved the food at the rooftop restaurant, service was average. Most employees seemed like they didn't want to be there. Parking was expensive at $20 per day.
