Staff was great! Grace, Trish, Tim,Frankie. Guys who have beach chair rental too. Gift shops and restaurants on property made it very convenient for anything. Bar open later nice option after dinner and before returning to room. Some construction still going on for the sun deck and lower level but did not cause any issues. Best was we were able to get our room early as we arrived from early morning flight! That was fantastic! We really enjoyed our stay and will be back

We loved this resort! Wvery room has a balcony overlooking the beach, the rooms were as good as the pictures, dining options onsite, and affordable! The trolley stops out front, eveything to do is within walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only minus: construction on the property started at 6:30 a.m. waking us up everyday.

We had a very nice experience at the Lani Kai. The front desk staff was very nice & our room was very new & clean. In fact, our room felt like a mini apartment! The only things we didn’t like were the round the clock construction noise, the uncomfortable beds, & the lack of sit down dining facilities inside the hotel. Other than that, it was a great experience!

Florida classic, new modern touch!

Been coming for decades I love this Florida gem! The hurricane killed so many wonderful places. The Lani Kai made it through and is back! The renovation is beautiful! Thank you for being here!

I loved that all rooms have a balcony that face the ocean and that the hotel is right on the beach. The customer service needs to be improved. It took me hours and multiple requests with multiple employees to simply get a beach/towel. They only gave us 3 and there were 4 people in our room. My friend also had an issue with her room (no ac) that took hours to address. They finally put her in a smaller room.

There was a dehumidifier in my room that I had to dump at least twice a day. Wasn’t aware until it beeped that it was full at 3:30 on my first night there. Other than that I love it there.

Loved the beach. So nice to have it outside your door. The beach is kept very clean and plenty of chairs and umbrellas to rent. 2 chairs, umbrella and 1 table for $35 although only till 5pm and they collect everything. The pool was clean and warm but not many chairs or loungers. If you want your room cleaned, BE SURE to have your tag on the door. Asked one day at the desk to have room cleaned but housekeeper and engineering, for running toilet, were gone for the day. The location and atmosphere are great. A/C is loud but works great. I would stay here again.

Staff was friendly at check in but when it was 11:04am we got a rude call saying we need to leave the room right now. It just could’ve been addressed nicer. It was 4 mins past and we were zipping up our suitcases. The remodeled rooms are really nice and the sliding glass door was great at keeping noise out. This resort holds a special place in my heart from trips as a kid and it was great to revisit it. Drink prices were affordable and the overall vibe was friendly and fun. Food and shopping was also very enjoyable

Bring your own pillows

The room was great until we went to get in bed for the night. Two double beds each with only two pillows and they were in decorative quilted shams (grey in color and with a raised pattern) not white bleached and clean pillow cases. Called the desk and they had no other pillows. We checked out at 1 am and drove home. No refund no compensation no future stay offered at discount. Terrible customer service and who wants to sleep on hot quilted pillows that can’t be properly bleached in the wash process. None of their stock photos online have these pillows! All show 4 pillows per bed and in standard white pillow cases. False advertising if nothing else. $325 and couldn’t even handle the basics.
